New English online class

From January 8, 2026, there will be a weekly live online class (via Zoom) with Selle Postma on Wednesdays, 10:15–11:30.
This class is taught in English. You will need all Critical Alignment tools for this class.

About Selle
Selle started the Critical Alignment Yoga teacher training at the age of 24 and has now been involved with yoga for almost twenty years. Together with Sonja Gerritsen, she runs a yoga studio in Deventer, where they now also offer the Critical Alignment Yoga teacher training – the second location in the Netherlands where you can follow this training. In addition, she teaches, among other things, training on manual corrections in our studio.

Selle is very skilled at making the connections and asanas both understandable and tangible, and in her classes she always looks for the link between yoga and daily life.
