You can book a Beginners Yoga class, Intermediate class or 50+ class for an introduction to our studio and Critical Alignment. In case you wish to follow our therapy sessions, we invite you to schedule a 60-minute private intake. After this session the therapist will offer advice on how Critical Alignment Therapy can be tailored to meet your needs.

How to purchase through momoyoga
