CA Therapy

The Critical Alignment Therapy training is intended for people who have completed the Critical Alignment Yoga teacher training or have followed the 4 level training courses for yoga teachers as additional training under the guidance of Gert van Leeuwen.

Critical Alignment Therapy, however, focuses on the cause of the problem: the deformations in the body, such as crooked shoulders or a crooked back. Critical Alignment Therapy focuses on the relaxation of the stiff muscles, so that the body can straighten up again, through the exercises developed at this institute. Then the deep muscle layers (postural muscles) in the spine can become active again.

The training consists of four weekends and is completed with an internship in which the students treat between five and ten clients in 10 lessons. This is rounded off with a report on the basis of which a certificate is issued.
