English Beginners Lessons

Critical Alignment Yoga (CAY) combines movement with meditation, and focuses on increasing the mobility of the body, finding and using the structure of the body (connections), breaking through tension patterns, regaining strength. CAY has an influence on both the mental and physical level. In this, CAY combines physical strength with emotional strength. It combines detailed physical knowledge with an experience of the body as a whole.

These classes are accessible for both beginners as experienced students coming from another yoga background.
