Stress affects our physical well-being and our emotional life; we often feel blocked and restless.

The connection to ourselves, what do we feel, and also to others, ‘what do I hear’ is ‘sparse’.

C.A Yoga/Meditation offers possibilities to change this in a safe way: by releasing tension, we physically restore the mobility and support of the spine. As a result, our body becomes more sensitive, and we are able to experience (breath) space. In this space, emotional feelings and restless thinking have the chance to calm down. Trust and connecting feelings can develop.

Themes of the classes:

  • Introduction to meditation and breathing spaces
  • Pratyahara, Pranayama, compassion, and empathy
  • Sitting together in silence
