1. Can I take a trial lesson?
Yes, you can. We offer trial lessons for beginners, 50+ and 70+ lessons. You can purchase a trial lesson strip card for three lessons. After trying these lessons, you will know which lesson suits you best.

2. How long is my strip card valid?

*Your invoice states the validity of your ticket. See question ‘can I download my invoice?’

3. Until when can I cancel a lesson with a refund?
Reserved lessons can be cancelled free of charge via the Bsport website or app up to two hours before the start of the lesson. After this period, a lesson from the subscription or the strip card will be charged, regardless of whether the participant has participated in the lesson or not. This applies to offline and online lessons.

7. Where can I find my lesson credit?

On your phone:
– Go to the Bsport app.

– Click on “Account” (you must be logged in).

– Click on “Studio”

– Click on “My subscriptions and/my cards”

8.  Is it possible to pay cash/pin with you?
All payments are only made via Bsport:
Strip cards, subscriptions, individual lessons and workshops can be booked and paid in Bsport.
We do not offer cash & pin payments.

9. How can I check my bookings?
You can check your booking on the Bsport website or in the app.

10. Can I bring someone to a lesson?
It is possible to bring a guest to the following lessons:
beginners, 50+, 70+, young professionals.

To book for yourself and a guest:
– Go to the “Agenda” tab > click on “Book” of the session in question > click on “Invite a guest” > and complete the form with the guest’s personal details (first name, last name and email address).
– Only the “First name” field is mandatory on this form. It is not possible to book exclusively for a guest.
– Finally, click on “Confirm”.

Attention: The guest’s personal data will be stored in the Critical Alignment membership database. A relationship will also be created between your and the guest’s accounts.

 

11. I am going on holiday, can I freeze or extend my strip card?
Are you going on holiday for more than a month and/or do you want to extend/cancel a subscription or strip card?
This is possible, in consultation with Foundation Critical Alignment.

Please note: cancelling a month subscription must take place before the next collection date.

 

12. I am sick, injured and cannot take lessons for a while, is it possible to extend my ticket?
If you are sick/injured for more than a month, the validity date of your ticket can be extended, in consultation with Foundation Critical Alignment. To do this, send an e-mail to info@criticalalignment.nl for the attention of Iris Reyes.

 

13. I am sick, injured, I can’t follow a class for a while, is it possible to stop my monthly subscription?
It is possible to stop your monthly subscription.

14. I suddenly can’t attend the class, can I unsubscribe?
It can happen that you can’t attend the class at the last minute. Please note that in case of late cancellation, a lesson from the subscription or the strip card will be charged. See question no. 3 and 4.

15. What platform do you use for online classes?
We use Zoom for all online classes. Download the Zoom app for desktop or mobile here.

16. When will I receive the zoom link?
Bsport will send an automated email 15 minutes before the start of the lesson with all the information for the online lesson.
It is possible that your email provider assigns the automated emails from Bsport to the ‘junk mail’ folder. Check your spam inbox!

17. I have purchased a single online lesson, can I watch the video again?
Only with a subscription – online + on demand can you watch the lesson again or do it later.
